Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
